The bees spend the summer on our 40 acre farm, dining onĀ blackberry, clover, and other local blossoms. No pesticides or herbicides are used on our property, so they’re safe from harmful chemicals. In the fall, they are trucked to California to help out with the nut and fruit crops. We never heat or pasteurize our honey, so it retains the homeopathic qualities for which raw local honey is famous.
